Our price term is shipping included via UPS ground service for majority of our merchandises with US (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Island & Puerto Rico).  Any Paypal transactions come through outside of lower 48 states will either be cancelled or customer has the options to pay additional on shipping.  All addresses will need to be a physical address as UPS won't be able deliver to PO Box.  The transit time is range from 2-5 business days depend on the destination. Expedited Service or Guarantee Service can be provided with additional cost.  Please contact customer service team at 888-521-0328 for further information.  Majority of the items will be shipped out from our warehouse in California. We will also be able to use customer’s freight selections at no additional charges. Depends on the order quantities, VIP will also make suitable arrangement with fregith carrier to move the merchandises in the most efficient ways and the transit time might take between 2-7 business days depend on the destination.

Note: Bulk orders qantities definition varies from each item.  Generally when the overall quantities exceed 150 lbs or above, VIP might review the final destinations and ship with alternative method, like freight in order to deliver the merchandises with minimal impact on damage.

In most cases, we turn around our stock inventories on the same day pending payment settlement if the order is placed and paid before 2 pm PST.  When the overall order quantities are more 150 lbs, we might elect to ship via freight carrier on pallet load, which typically will take another 24 hours for the freight carrier to take place. Retractable Stanchion: Metal with Powder Coating in Black finish, Stainless Steel in Mirror, Satin and Gold finish. All base weights are made of concrete for our retractable and rope stanchions.

All stanchions are factory pre-packaged in even quantity per box. Metal stanchions come in 2 pcs pack. Plastic stanchions are pre-packed in 4 pcs increment. VIP Crowd Control will do our best to accommodate your stanchion need.
